I just tried this new smoothie out after seeing the recipe pop up in my Instagram feed – it’s soooo good. With ginger and cayenne pepper, it’s got great flavor and some kick to it. It’s also really quick and easy to make. Check out the recipe below:
2 frozen bananas
1 serving Vega One Vanilla Chai All-In-One Nutritional Shake
1 1/2 cups coconut milk (I used unsweetened So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage)
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2-3 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to blender/Vitamix and blend together. Enjoy!
